Service Description

Hair Transplantation is a SAFE and RELIABLE method to restore your hairloss if you have suitable donor hair. You will need to complete a patient history form prior to your consultation. While we offer video consultations for patients residing outside of Auckland, a comprehensive assessment and accurate quote can only be provided during a face-to-face consultation. Therefore, all patients must have an in-person consultation before booking any surgery. During the consultation, we will evaluate the health of your scalp and hair, discuss proven prescription-only medication to restore and improve your hair, and offer solutions for hair anywhere on your head or body. We will also provide you with an accurate quote for your specific hair restoration needs. Our clinic is open Monday to Thursday from 10am to 5pm and on Fridays from 10am to 7.00pm. There is secure onsite parking for your convenience. The consultation will be conducted by your hair transplant surgeon who are New Zealand-born, trained, & permanently based here 24/7, ensuring personalised care to ensure the best possible hair transplant surgery results. Please note that all quotes for transplantations are valid for six months from the time of consultation. After this period, a reassessment consultation will be required. We are pleased to report that COVID cases are declining. To ensure the safety of all our clients and staff, a COVID Rapid Antigen Test is required prior to entering the clinic. COVID infections may result in shock loss of your hair, hence our emphasis on protecting you. These tests are available free of charge from the government.
